About Peaks and Valleys Home Inspection

We are Michael and Toni Evans. We are a husband-and-wife home inspection team serving Phoenix and the surrounding areas. Peaks and Valleys Home Inspection was birthed from a desire to have influence in the home buying process because we understand the peaks and valleys people go through in the home buying process. On that note, we decided to dedicate ourselves to helping others find their dream home. We take inspecting seriously and believe every home should be inspected as though we were willing to live there ourselves.

Michael is a highly decorated Air Force Veteran who proudly served in Operation Desert Storm. He is a Licensed Home inspector and received his training at Arizona’s Top Home Inspection Training School, ITA. He also has a Master’s degree in Management and HR and many years of construction experience. He has great attention to detail and is a natural communicator who loves helping people make educated decisions about their new investment.

Toni is an AZ Licensed Realtor, #SA655371000, who works alongside Michael and is instrumental in helping him run their family business. She manages day to day customer relations and collaborates with our vendor partners to insure you have access to quality resources. She is enthusiastic about making the process smooth.

We have seven amazing kids, love the great outdoors and volunteer in our local communities as a way to give back. We support multiple Autism organizations. We are a great team and have been in the valley since 2014. We look forward to working with you soon.
